Returns & refunds
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at info@addomemore.com or +961 81 110 154 with your order number and the items you would like to return.
Change of mind
Items should be unused and complete, with their accessories, labels and original packaging where available. We will explain the return steps and confirm any return collection cost before you agree to it. Do not send a return without contacting us first.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Contact us as soon as possible so we can help. Include clear photos if possible. Where the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, we will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover necessary return costs.
Refunds
We will confirm the refund amount and method with you. For cash-on-delivery payments, we will agree a suitable cash or bank refund method. We process accepted refunds promptly and within any applicable legal deadline. Any delivery-cost refund is handled in accordance with applicable consumer rights.
This policy does not limit your rights under applicable Lebanese consumer law, including rights relating to faulty goods or distance purchases. Where the law gives you greater protection, that protection applies.
