What currency do you use?
Product prices and delivery fees are in US dollars (USD).
How do I pay?
Pay in cash on delivery. Please have the order total, including the delivery fee, ready in US dollars.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is $5 within Beirut and $10 outside Beirut, within Lebanon. Choose the option that matches your delivery address. We confirm the address and delivery details before dispatch.
When will my order arrive?
We confirm the expected delivery timing when we arrange your order. Timing can vary by location and item availability.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We can usually make changes before dispatch; if your order has already left, we will explain the available options.
Can I return an item?
